A 1/4" tube diverter valve for bench-top water filters at $27.95 - sold alongside the near-identical standard 1/4" diverter at $22.99. Both fit standard Australian kitchen tap aerator threads, both route to 1/4" tubing for bench-top filter systems, both serve the same functional purpose.
Note for Customers and Reviewer
The source data on this SKU and the $22.99 alternative don't include differentiating spec detail in the WP or Shopify records. The most likely reasons for two diverter SKUs at different prices:
- A second-generation diverter with internal-component upgrades not captured in the description
- A different supplier batch kept as a separate SKU for inventory tracking
- A finish or material variation (chrome vs polished, plastic vs metal lever) not documented in source
Without further information, this SKU is presented as an alternative pricing tier for the same functional diverter type. Customers ordering for spare or replacement use can choose either SKU interchangeably for their installation. If the bench-top filter system specifically supplied this SKU as its native diverter, order this version to maintain consistency.
Flagged for reviewer: these two SKUs warrant either consolidation into one SKU, or a clear documented differentiation (build quality, material, supplier) added to the source data and reflected in the product copy.
How a Diverter Works
The diverter screws onto your kitchen tap spout in place of the aerator. Two outlets - normal tap flow through the spout, or out the side to the bench-top filter via 1/4" tubing. A lever switches between the two paths.
Fits
- Standard Australian kitchen tap aerator threads (22 mm or 24 mm external)
- All Enviro Aqua bench-top filter systems using 1/4" tubing
- For older or non-standard taps, pair with the rubber adapter
