We dispatch Monday to Friday from our Wyong NSW warehouse on the Central Coast.

Standard parcel delivery
Most cartridges, taps, fittings, pumps, replacement parts, and smaller water-filtration systems travel as standard parcels.
The rate is based on the product's packed shipping weight and your delivery destination.

Bulky freight
Large, heavy, or awkward products such as commercial treatment equipment, large tanks, dosing tanks, and selected heavy water-cooling equipment travel by bulky freight.

Selected fragile or difficult-to-transport products, including toilets and complete bathroom packages, are not available for standard delivery.

Orders are usually ready within one hour during business hours. We will email or text you when the order is ready.

- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are normally dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends, or on Australian public holidays are normally dispatched the next business day.
Tracking information is sent after the carrier collects the order.
Delivery estimates
Transit time varies by carrier, destination, and product type. Metro parcel deliveries are generally faster than regional or remote deliveries, while bulky freight normally takes longer.
The carrier tracking link supplied after dispatch is the best source for the current delivery ETA.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further and contact us within 14 days.
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with neighbours and authorised receivers first. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number so we can lodge a trace with the carrier.

Yes, for most products. Standard parcel products ship throughout Australia. Selected products include free delivery Australia-wide. Bulky freight is available to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, and TAS at the rates shown below. Northern Territory bulky-freight orders require a freight quote. Selected fragile bathroom products are Click & Collect only from Wyong NSW.
