A 63 mm panel-mount pressure gauge for water, air, and oil applications — brass Bourdon tube, stainless or steel case, dual PSI/kPa scale, 1/4" BSPT connection. Sized for fitting into pump installations, pressure tanks, and RO system control panels where you need direct visual indication of operating pressure.
Three Pressure Ranges
Select the range that matches your application:
- 0–60 PSI (0–4 bar): low-pressure side of pump installations, mains-pressure indicators
- 0–160 PSI (0–11 bar): standard RO booster pump installations, pressure tank pre-charge
- 0–300 PSI (0–20 bar): high-pressure pump installations, commercial systems
Using the correct range matters for accuracy. A 0–300 PSI gauge reading 60 PSI sits in the lower fifth of the dial — needle position is harder to read precisely. A 0–60 PSI gauge reading the same pressure sits at full deflection — much easier to read accurately.

Typical RO Pump Panel Use
For a complete RO booster pump installation, a typical setup uses two gauges:
- Inlet gauge (0–60 or 0–160 PSI): confirms supply-side pressure is within working range
- Outlet gauge (0–160 or 0–300 PSI): shows post-pump pressure into the RO membrane
The difference between the two shows you the pump's actual pressure boost, and how it changes as the membrane fouls over time.
