Commercial RO Plant | 3000 LPD

A commercial reverse osmosis system producing 3000 LPD (800 GPD) of permeate - same core RO configuration as the 3000 LPD with pressure tank model but supplied without the permeate pressure tank. Suits commercial installations where the operator wants to size the storage tank to their specific demand profile, or who already has a suitable pressure tank in service.

Why Choose 'Without Pressure Tank'

The pressure tank for an 800 GPD commercial RO is typically a 50-100L vessel. Pre-sized bundles are convenient but not always optimal:

• High-demand sites may benefit from a larger 100L+ tank than the bundled package provides
• Light-demand sites may want a smaller 20-50L tank to save space
• Existing installations upgrading the RO membrane and pump may already have a serviceable tank

For those scenarios, this model gives you the RO assembly without the tank decision pre-made.

Sizing the Pressure Tank Separately

For 800 GPD output, recommended pressure tank capacity is 50-100L depending on demand profile:

• 50L tank: intermittent demand, single-outlet draws of 5-10L at a time
• 100L tank: peak-hour concurrent demand from multiple outlets, busy commercial environments

Matching Bestank-Solar tanks: 50L and 100L are the typical choices.

Pre-Sale Water Analysis

What This System Targets

This system uses reverse osmosis (RO) plus sediment/carbon pre-treatment. In addition to reducing sediment, chlorine, taste and odour before the membrane, RO membrane technology can reduce total dissolved solids and many dissolved contaminants, including salts and hardness minerals such as calcium and magnesium. RO is also used for reduction of contaminants such as fluoride, nitrate, arsenic, lead, copper and chromium.

RO membranes are also capable of removing protozoa, bacteria and viruses when the membrane and seals are intact and the system is correctly operated and maintained.

For under-sink systems, hardness and scale reduction applies to the treated drinking-water outlet only; it does not soften the rest of the home.
