The 500 LPH Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant produces 500 litres of purified water per hour (12,000 litres/day) for commercial and industrial water treatment. The stainless steel system combines six pre-filtration stages with 2 × Vontron ULP21-4040 (4040) reverse osmosis membranes.

Filtration Process
The six-stage pre-filtration section prepares incoming water for reverse osmosis treatment. Its filtration equipment includes quartz sand filtration, activated carbon, water softening and 5 µm safety filtration. The dual Vontron membranes complete the purification process, reducing dissolved salts and minerals.
Replacement RO Membranes — Every 12 Months
Replace both Vontron ULP21-4040 membranes every 12 months as part of routine maintenance.
